Erin is dedicated to promoting careers in STEM, especially to young women. She is a current member of The Chicago Network; whose sole purpose is to empower women to lead. She is also a Board Member for New Life for Haiti and serves as their Director of Child Sponsorship. The organization is a volunteer non-profit devoted to providing education for under privileged children in Haiti.

As the President & CEO of Primera Engineers, Erin is a dynamic business leader and mentor with 25 years of experience in the AEC industry,specifically as an electrical engineer in the utilities sector. Passionate about finding optimal solutions for her clients, Erin is also equally zealous about creating an energetic and rewarding work environment for her teams.Passion, fun, and philanthropy are at the core of her foundation for success. Erin attended Auburn University and received her Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering. She also holds a Master of Business Administration degree from DePaul University.
