Oscar is passionate about the advancement of the legal profession through his involvement with several professional organizations including: the Business Law Committee of the Chicago Bar Association, the Young Lawyers Division and Construction Law Section of the Illinois State Bar Association and the Legal Counsel Forum and Risk Management Committee of the American Council of Engineering Companies.

Oscar currently serves as the Staff Attorney at Primera Engineers and leads their legal department. With over 10 years of experience, Oscar is dedicated to ensuring the firm’s transactions comply with the laws and regulations. He is an expert in drafting and reviewing agreements of various disciplines such as professional service agreements, commercial leases, and employment contracts. He has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, a Juris Doctor degree from the Chicago-Kent College of Law, and a Master of Business Administration from the Illinois Institute of Technology.
